The New document dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Validation Designer. (For information about working with consoles, see XBOUND Help.)
  2. Under Process Navigation, select a process.

  3. Click the Check out button ().

  4. Select File > Open.

  5. In the Open business rule group or form dialog, select a business rule group to open and click OK.

  6. Select Edit > Test.

  7. In the Test business logic dialog, select Document > New.

Use these settings to select a document for testing a business rule:

Client

The specified client.

Process

The specified process.

Process step

Select the process step.

Document type

The specified document type.

Document name

Give the document a unique name.
