The Columns dialog for table fields

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Using the Administration module, right-click a table field specification or template and select Properties.

  2. Select Table settings > Columns.

  3. Click the Columns button.

Use this dialog to specify columns for table fields. This is part of specifying the data to be extracted from table fields.

On the left side of the dialog ise a list of Availablefield specifications in the system.

On the right side is a list of field specifications Selected for the current table field.

To add a field to the table field, select it on the left and click the right arrow button. To delete a field from the table field, select it on the right and click the left arrow button.  

At the bottom is a brief Description of the selected field, if available.
