Field value

The Value group box in the Field learning dialog displays the value that the Invoice Optimize module interprets for the field value being learned. It also displays the format specification, text type, and the language for the active field (if applicable).

You can change the format string to better agree with the field format. For some field types, such as amount fields, the format specification is assigned by the system and cannot be changed.

If you change the character type in the format specification, click the Advanced button at the bottom of the Field learning dialog and change the field format to match the new character type.

If you need to mark a field that is not one of the suggested fields, draw the field on the invoice image.
