Searching for invoices

To search for invoices using the Invoice Manager module:

1. Display a list of invoices in the database:

   • List invoices for an invoice profile

   • List invoices for an invoice definition

   • List invoices in a queue

   • List all invoices in the system

2. To search for certain invoices, use Search options at the top of the dialog. Or, use the boxes above the column headers. (Examples.)

3. To sort the list, click a column heading. This sorts the list according to the values in that column. Each time you click the sort order reverses.

Note: In the Document searches dialog on the Supervision tab of the Administration module, there is an Invoice ID column which can be used to sort the results of a search.
