Saving Invoice job descriptions

Saving an Invoice job description using Invoice Manager

  1. Click OK in the Job description dialog. One of the following happens:

    • If this is a new job description, type a name for the job description and click OK.

    • If you created the job description within an invoice profile, and the invoice profile is open, save or close the invoice profile.

Saving an Invoice job description using Invoice Verify

If you use Invoice Verify to change the settings in a job description, you do not have to save a job description in order to use the new settings. If you close the module without saving the job description, a dialog is displayed that asks you if you want to save the job description.

To save a job description using Invoice Verify, select File > Save. If it is a new job description, type a name for the job description and click OK.
