DOCUMENTS continually generates and stores information during document processing. This data includes the status of individual documents, and information about production events.
It is important to understand how documents flow through the system, what kind of data can be stored for later analysis, what this data can tell you, and how you can access it. Learning to supervise data can help you to:
Understand the size of the current workload.
Resolve common problems caused by data corruption.
Troubleshoot effectively when other problems arise.
Have an overall, as well as a detailed perspective, of what has happened in the system and what is about to happen.
At the end of each working day, display the Solution overview to ensure that all documents were processed through the system.
Display process statistics to see the statuses of those documents. For invoices, you can see more details in the . dialog
If any batches and documents were not processed through the system, use to find any locked objects that need to be unlocked or rescanned.
Using logs if troubleshooting is necessary.
