Reprocessing a document is like resetting its status, so that it is processed again from the start (that is, from the first production task that is configured in your solution).
This may be necessary for whatever reason, for example:
If a document becomes stuck in the system and cannot be processed any further.
If you deployed a new version of a solution and want the changes to apply to these documents.
If documents are corrupt for some reason.
To save images and reprocess a batch:
Open the . dialog
Find and identify the problem documents (or batch). (See Searching for documents for instructions.)
Select the documents or batch, right-click and select
.To save images for the selected documents or for an entire batch, select the document(s) or batch, right-click, select
, and specify the location.Reprocess the documents, creating a new
Input task if necessary.After the new batch is processed through the system, delete the original, locked objects.
