Creating classifier templates to identify documents with

In order to create your own templates, special licensing is required.

You should always use templates for fields and classifiers. Classifier templates save time when you need to use the same, or similar, classifier with many objects. Classifier templates can also be valuable when used as "anti-classifiers," by specifying the classifier logic on other documents as Eliminator (NOT), keeping the document from being classified incorrectly.

  1. On the Configuration tab of the Administration module, expand Templates.

  2. Right-click Classifiers and select Create new classifier template.

  3. In the Create a new classifier template dialog, select:

    • Select type and then select one of the classifier types from the list.

    • Create from template to use a previously created template as a model for the new template.

  4. Name the new template that appears.

  5. Click OK to save the settings.
