Verify activity – Manual |

Verify is a manual activity focused on extracting information from fields containing characters or barcodes. If the data present in a field cannot be automatically extracted, or if a production task is set up to require operator confirmation or correction, manual verification is required. Depending on how successful automatic extraction was, fields and the information found in them may need to be confirmed, corrected, or created when you are verifying documents. The "Verify activity" is done using the Production module. However, invoices may be verified separately using the Invoice Verify module. |
