Specifying navigation preferences in Inspect and Verify

You can specify which thumbnail image is selected after you confirm and classify documents and compounds in Inspect.

To specify which object receives focus:

1. Using the Production module, select View > Preferences > Navigation settings.

2. Specify if focus:

• • moves to the next incomplete object– selects the thumbnail image of the next object that requires operator confirmation or manual correction.

  • moves to the next object– selects the next thumbnail image after an operator confirms document separation, classification, or grouping, or manually classifies a document or compound.

  • remains on the current object– focus remains on the confirmed or classified object until the operator clicks a new thumbnail.

3. Specify where focus is when Inspect starts under In Inspect, focus is initially set to.
