When Scan’s Operator control dialog displays Paper jam, do this:
Double-click the thumbnail image of the last form that was scanned, to see which page it was.
Clear the scanner’s document feeder.
Clear the error status on the scanner, if any (refer to the scanner’s manual).
Put the pages that were not scanned into the scanner so that you will not miss any pages.
Click Rescan.
