When you interpret forms from image files or XML files, FORMS creates a temp subdirectory in each directory from which files are imported. Each file is stored here temporarily until FORMS moves it to either the ident or the unident directory.
The temp subdirectory is not deleted by FORMS after a job, as it was in some previous versions of the program. Usually deletion is not necessary, but if you are importing images from subdirectories or importing XML files from subdirectories, be aware that a temp directory is created in each subdirectory.
If the source of files to be imported is write-protected, you can specify another location for the temporary subdirectory.
