There is one Eiglobalextra.ini file for each country profile in your INVOICES installation. The file is used primarily to control business logic in the invoice profiles that use the country profile.
In a default installation, the files are located here:
In Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 SP2: C:\Program Files\ReadSoft\INVOICES\Country Profiles\CountryAbbreviation\VersionNumber
In the newer operating systems: C:\Users\Public\ReadSoft\INVOICES\GlobalPath\Country Profiles\CountryAbbreviation\VersionNumber
The base bath (to the INVOICES folder) is saved in the GlobalPath setting in Eilocal.ini.
To see which Eiglobalextra.ini file an invoice profile uses, check Country and Version in the General settings of the Invoice profile dialog.
In INVOICES 5-6 or later, this file is in Unicode format. ANSI versions of this file are automatically converted to Unicode. Related setting: CodePageForUnicodeUpgrade
If you edit this file and later upgrade the invoice profiles in your INVOICES installation, you must manually copy your changes to the new version of Eiglobalextra.ini.
You must restart the Interpret module after making changes in Eiglobalextra.ini.
