This flag is required when scanning with Canon scanner model CR-180. It solves problems with auto crop byte alignment in the scanner. It may solve auto crop problems with other scanners, as well.
This setting is recommended— together with CanonAutoCropMethod and UseMiniDriver— for models DR-3060, DR-3080C, DR-6080 and DR-9080C.
For models DR-3060 and DR-3080C, select Crop and Deskew in the ISIS scanner settings dialog to get cropping and deskewing to work.
For models DR-6080 and DR-9080C, select Crop and deselect Deskew in the ISIS scanner settings dialog to get cropping and deskewing to work.
To use auto crop:
Set UseMiniDriver to 1
Set the paper size to the scanner’s maximum size (309 x 864 mm)
Canon CR-180 will not work if this flag is turned off or missing.
