Specifies a prefix signifying the current year for the names of all image files created by the INVOICES Scan module. Specify YY or YYYY (the letters, not the actual year). This results in each image file name beginning with a 2- or 4-digit designation of the year. This can be used on systems where files are archived for several years and must maintain unique file names.
If you also specify a CustomPrefix, that prefix comes before the one specified by FileNamePrefix.
FileNamePrefix is ignored if PickFileNameFromDatabase is enabled.
