When Interpret processes an invoice that has multiple pages or that has appendices, Interpret determines if the invoice has appendices.
Interpret uses the page appearance:
When the last page has the same appearance as the first page of the invoice, Interpret treats all pages as invoice pages.
When the last page has a different appearance then the first page, Interpret treats the pages as a single-page invoice with appendices.
