This dialog displays field specifications in the system. (Field specifications are part of field exceptions.) By right-clicking, you can open, delete, and create new field specifications.
Note: The name of this dialog is hidden if the dialog is docked (as it is by default).

ID |
Each field specification has a unique ID number. |

Name |
The name of the field specification. |

Field type |
The field type associated with the field specification. |

Activation |
If the field specification is Active and is used in a field rule, the field is interpreted and is displayed in Verify. If the field specification is Inactive and is used in a field rule, the field is not interpreted and is not displayed in Verify. |

The format specification for the field specification. |

Prefix |
The prefix for the field specification. |
