Use these settings to create an endorser counter:

Specify a name for the counter. |

The initial counter value is 0 by default. You can change this. |

Update |
Adds the counter to the system, or updates one you have just edited. |

Add new |
Click to add a new counter. |

Delete |
Deletes the selected counter. |

Edit |
Click to change the counter value of a selected counter. |

Unlock |
Click to unlock a selected counter. |
