Working with field profiles

1. Using Manager, click the Invoice profiles object bar.

2. Click the plus sign (+) to expand an invoice profile.

3. Expand the Field profiles folder the same way.

   Each field profile is shown as an icon. Closed invoice profiles and inactive field profiles are gray.

You can:

• Add field profiles of different types:

• • Single item field profiles

  • Table field profiles (includes normal line items, tax tables, and bank account tables)

  • Barcode field profiles

• Open a field profile for viewing or editing

• Deactivate a field profile

• Delete a field profile
