List the queues. The Queues dialog is displayed.
Note: The name of this dialog is hidden if the dialog is docked (as it is by default).
Right-click a queue in the list and select:
New to add a queue.
Delete to delete a queue.
List invoices to list the invoices in the queue.
List batches to list the batches in the queue.
Refresh list to update the information in the list.
