Use the System info dialog to view information about your system and to see how long your license is good for.

The version of the INVOICES software, such as 5-6. |

Build no. |
The exact build number of the software version. |

If the license is time based, the date span during which the license is valid (includes start and end dates). |

If the license is volume based, the total number of invoices that can be processed followed by the number already used in brackets. |

|
The name of the database for the system followed by the name and type of the server where it is found. |

Indicates what kind of scanner card the scanner is connected to the computer with. |

The operating system that is installed on the computer. |

How much total RAM is available on the computer. |
| Free disk space | How much free disk space is available on the computer. |
| Screen resolution | The current screen resolution. |
It can be helpful to print and save the information by clicking Print & Save if you need the information for troubleshooting or if you contact ReadSoft Support.
If you have a hardware dongle, you can use the hardware dongle viewer to check whether the dongle is connected and working properly.
