The Job description dialog: Receiver settings

To access this dialog:

When you create a job description, these settings determine which receivers Entrance can choose from when identifying the receiver of a document.

Sort using all receivers

Select this option to use all of the receivers in the receiver registry when identifying the receiver of a document.

Note: If there is only one receiver in the receiver registry, all documents will be connected to that receiver.

Sort using list of receivers

Select this option to use only the selected receivers in the Receiver selection list.

Note: If only one receiver is selected, all documents will be connected to that receiver.

Lists the receivers you can choose from when selecting specific receivers.
