Two ways to obtain a service pack with the latest upgrade:
Request a CD from your sender.
Download it from ReadSoft's Customer Web. To access the Customer Web, you need a user name and password, which you can get from your ReadSoft representative.
After you obtain a service pack, execute the service pack file on the PC where Entrance is installed. When the program is finished, Entrance is upgraded.
