Note that this flag overrides what is specified for the global VariableDecimalPosition setting in eiglobal.ini.
By default, INVOICES is able to automatically determine the position and number of decimal places in amounts.
0 (off – default for Japanese) - When specified, INVOICES assumes that amounts on invoices only have two decimal places or less. For example, a number such as 1,123 would be interpreted as 1123.00.
1 (on – default for all other languages) - When specified, amounts on invoices can have up to four decimal places. For example, a number such as 1,123 would be interpreted as 1.123.
