If an document definition is not used, and never will be used, you should delete it.
In the Document definitions dialog, right-click the document definition and click Delete.
In the Document definitions dialog, right-click any document definition and click Select all. This selects all items in the list. Or, hold down the Shift key or Ctrl and left-click each desired document definition. This selects specific document definitions.
Right-click any selected document definition and click Delete to delete all selected items.
The sender for the document definition is also deleted.
You can also delete document definitions that meet different criteria using a maintenance plan.
If the system contains documents corresponding to the deleted document definitions, those documents are given the document status Scanned.
