The document definition image, dialog, and dialog are displayed. The first Data object in the Learning dialog with the Not Learned status is automatically selected.
Optimize the data objects:
Other single item fields
Line item tables (see separate instructions for complex line item tables, tax tables and bank account tables)
Adjust the document definition settings.
Click Approve. The document definition is now Learned.
During optimization, you can also:
Draw fields on the document image (see separate instructions for receiver fields)
Check document identification, if documents are not being identified as they should be.
Set a document definition to automatically approve documents with Complete status.
While you are optimizing a document definition, its documents are locked so that they cannot be processed in Verify or the other production modules.
After optimizing document definitions in a test system, you can export them from the test system and then import them into a production system.
