Deleting documents using Manager

This tells how to delete documents from the database by listing them and deleting them.

You can list and delete documents for a document profile, a document definition, or a batch. You can choose to delete one or more documents, all documents, or only documents that match your search criteria.

Note that this does not delete the document image file. You have to delete the image file manually, using tools or programs outside of Entrance.

To delete documents

  1. Using Manager, list the documents for a document profile, an document definition, or a batch. Alternatively, list all documents.

  2. Optional: Search for documents that meet your search criteria.

  3. Select the documents you want to delete, and then either press Delete or right-click and select Delete.
