Normally, before you begin using Entrance to process documents with a particular document profile, it is essential that you take the time to test the document profile. Your tests reveal adjustments that you can make to improve Entrance's interpretation rate.
To test a document profile, use the document profile in production with some representative test documents, checking the statistics as you work and comparing the actual documents with the transfer file. Define several additional document profiles with different settings and validation routines to determine which works best for the documents.
