Changing field security for field definitions

Use Optimize to change the Security setting only in special situations.

1. Select the value identifier, single item field, or line item field.

2. Adjust the field settings, redraw the field, and apply filters, if necessary, to get the best possible results.

3. Change the Security setting a small amount (Advanced button) and click OK in the Advanced dialog.

4. Click Interpret.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed until you are satisfied with the results in the Value box.
