The Inbox configuration dialog
To access this dialog: Using Manager, select Settings > Inbox configuration.
Use this dialog to create an inbox:
| Show job descriptions in Verify | Displays job descriptions in addition to the inbox. |
| Edit columns | Displays the Edit columns dialog, where you can define which columns to display in the invoice list. |
| Edit folders | Opens the Edit inbox folders dialog, where you create and edit inbox folders for the Verify operators. |
| Edit Verify field order | Opens the Verify field order dialog, where you can specify the order in which fields are displayed to Verify operators. |
| Edit roles and users | Opens the Edit roles and users dialog, where you can edit users and roles for the inbox view. |
| Configure fields for duplicate invoices | Opens the Configure duplicate invoices dialog, where you can specify fields used to identify duplicate invoices. |
