Enhancements
Convert PDF documents into TIFF format
A new parameter in the 'pdweb-app.properties' file lets you convert PDF documents into TIFF format.
New parameter for SNC configuration in Web Application
An optional Single Sign-On protocol parameter "SNC_SSO" is now supported for SNC configuration.

1646423: Negative tax rate no longer causes error messages.
1819796: The X509 authorization now works with the user exit.
1827117: The date and time of the creation of the invoice image for the Incoming Invoice (IV) document are now available on the Attachments tab.
1888644: It is now possible to log in to the Web Application if the password is encrypted with sec.zip.
1943180: The language can now be changed in the user profile. You have to log off and log back in to complete the change.
1957206: The public certificate for service provider is now parsed without errors.
1961419: The Save, Query, Forward, Reject and Back functions now properly work for incoming invoices even if the data check returns errors. The Approve function is executed only for workflows with multiple steps (RSPDN1956406).
1964838: In the Notes, the numbered list is now formatted as expected.
Third-party libraries have been upgraded.

Resolved an issue whereby the changing of the initial password caused an internal server error.
