Attachments

Attaching a file

You can attach files to processed documents. Attaching files is done in the Task Details window.

  1. Open a task that is handled in the Task Details.
  2. Click Attach File.
  3. Browse and select the file to upload. When you select a file, it is uploaded. If nothing happens, you have selected an invalid file type.

You can view and edit attachments in the Attachments tab. If attachments are available, an attachment icon is shown in the tab.

Download
Download the attachment.

Delete
Delete the attachment and remove it from the document record.

Attachment import

Attachments are stored in the PROCESSIT database or on a file server. When an invoice is imported into AP, an attachment link is stored in Oracle E-Business Suite, pointing to a servlet on PROCESSIT Weblogic server, which then enables the Attachment to be viewed.
