Performance Analytics Introduction

Login

To log in to Performance Analytics:

  1. Navigate to the URL http://<ip or hostname>:<port>/SpagoBI/
  2. Supply user name and password.
  3. Click the login arrow icon.

Change password

You can change you password by clicking Change Password in the Login window.

  1. Supply user name in Username.
  2. Supply you current password in Old Password.
  3. Type the text you would like as your new password in New Password.
  4. Retype the text in Retype New Password.
  5. Click the Confirm icon.

Reports

Directional Dashboards

One Year Overview

This dashboard shows details about the invoice workflow processes and data for invoices handled in PROCESSIT within the last year. It shows the data distributed by month.

For each month, you can view the Average days to process and invoice, and the number of Invoices processed as line graphs. A bar chart shows the division of PO invoices versus GE invoices .

You can also see Discounts taken for each month, as well as the top five suppliers throughout the timeframe.

The One Year Overview dashboard is shown as default when you log in or navigate to the home page.

Invoice Dashboard

If you want the dashboard to show operational data for a specific timeframe, select the Invoice Dashboard from the dashboards menu. You must supply start and end dates to define the timeframe. The invoice dashboards contain the same information as the one year overview.

Dashboard Activity

You can hide and show bars in the bar charts by clicking the the corresponding legend entries. This facilitates a better overview over part of the diagram data.

Performance Indicators

Performance Indicators show invoice data for a limited amount of time to supply a current indicator of your invoice processing statistics.

Launching a performance indicator

To open and launch a performance indicator, click the Performance Indicators menu button and select the performance indicator you would like to view.

You can not supply date ranges or select other criteria for the Performance Indicators. By default, they show the rankings and/or results based on invoice data for the last three months.

Performance Indicator Interactivity

In the marked performance indicators, you can click the legend items to hide or show the corresponding graph line.

Running a report

To run a report, you must specify the timeframe and operating units that the report must pertain to. These values are selected in drop-down lists after you have selected the report you want to run.

Required values are indicated by an asterisk *.

  1. Select the report you want to run from the Reporting menu.
  2. Specify all required values.
  3. Click the Run Report icon.

Report Interactivity

Free Inquiry

Free Inquiry Introduction

Free Inquiry lets you build custom reports by selecting available data table components.

You gain access to the Free Inquiry tool and report builder via the Free Inquiry menu option.

Query Editor

You can use the Query Editor in the the Free Inquiry tool to define your own reports and view invoice data concerning the subset of information you are particularly interested in.
