Introduction to recovery states

Recovery States are informational descriptions to assist the decision whether or not an invoice workflow is eligible for recovery. They are found in the Recovery Table in the PROCESSIT Adviser Invoice Workflow Recovery.

Other available invoice information

Alongside the process recovery states and information, each entry in the Recovery table lists data for the associated invoice, so you can identify the invoice and gain an overview of the most important attributes.

Among the data is the invoice audit status, which lists the current invoice workflow status. The recovery state and the status are not the same, but invoices that should be recovered are generally in an open audit status.
