Search is accessed via Search button in the Console Worklist.
Search details show static information about the archived invoice document.
You can view all data regarding both processed and unprocessed documents.
The document image is available by clicking Scanned Document.
You cannot edit data in this view.
For standard users, search results include any documents that the user has had interaction with during workflow processing.
For administrative super users, search results include all documents processed with PROCESSIT workflows.
You can use the Show only my invoices checkbox to limit the result to only those documents you have interacted with.
To ease search by suppliers, a list of values for further supplier details is available.
Cloick the box icon next to Supplier or Supplier Number top open the supplier selection list
You can sort and filter this table accordingly.
Click the plus icon to select the supplier as criteria.
You can search on an individual accounting segments for invoices belonging to an organization.
You can specify a Date Range as a search criteria.

You can view invoice payment information, if any is available.
Click the icon in the Payments column in the Search Results table or in the Search Details window.
You can then view payment information for any paid invoices processed by PROCESSIT workflows.
The payment information is shown in an table that can be exported to excel.
The search result shows the current status for the found documents. The available status descriptions in search are:
