Workflow Messages

The Action History shows a list of the actions performed during this session, by the user currently logged (since last login). When a new action has been performed, the Action History icon indicates that the history is updated. The outcome of the latest action is also shown (in orange text) in the Console Worklist table segment header.

System Notifications

The Action History table contains various system notifications, for example messages about automatically rejected invoices if PO required is enabled.

Message Status

New messages in the Action History table are highlighted in green.

Disable Workflow Messages

You can disable Workflow Messages for you currnt session by unchecking the Workflow Messages checkbox in the Task Details window.
