Creating an invoice in PROCESSIT
The Key invoice details window is used to key in data from an uploaded invoice image and submit the invoice for the PROCESSIT workflow. To access the Key Invoice Details window you must select Create invoice in the Options menu available in the Console Worklist.
Invoice header segment
- Organization - Required - Organization number for receiving organization.
- Supplier - Required - Invoice supplier name or number.
- Location - Required - Supplier site location code..
- Invoice type - Required - Invoice type drop-down selection box.
- Invoice number - Required - Invoice number.
- Invoice date - Required - Select the invoice date.
- Contact person - Task receiver (or standard hierarchy).
- Currency - Currency code from invoice.
- Amount - Invoice total amount from invoice.
- Tax amount - Invoice tax total amount.
- Freight - Freight amount.
- MISC - Miscellaneous amount.
- Net amount - Invoice net amount.
- Comments - Add comments for task handlers. Comments are imported to the ERP system.
Invoice lines segment
- PO number - Purchase order used for matching the invoice line.
- Quantity invoiced - Quantity invoiced.
- Unit price - Unit price for the line item.
- Line amount - Required - Line amount (Quantity x Unit Price).
- PO line number - Purchase order line used for matching the invoice line.
Uploading image
To upload an invoice image, click Browse next to the Invoice image field or fill in the invoice image url. You can select a new image by clicking Update.
