Tip: If Microsoft Internet Explorer crashes when you close a tab or window after opening REPORTER, try disabling Adobe PDF Link Helper (described here) first. That procedure is likely to solve the problem, while allowing you to keep your Internet Explorer settings.
If Microsoft Internet Explorer hangs or crashes while you are using REPORTER, or if other problems occur that seem to depend on Internet Explorer settings (for example when not all computers are affected), you can try to find and change the particular Internet Explorer setting that is causing the problem in your particular case.
If you cannot find the setting that is causing the problem, you can restore Internet Explorer's default settings, which are proven to work with REPORTER.
