Adding a form panel

A form can contain several panels. Use the below procedure to add a new panel to a form.

Note: This procedure does not apply to web forms.

1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Validation Designer. (For information about working with consoles, see XBOUND Help.)
2. Under Process Navigation, select a process.

3. Click the Check out button ().

4. Select File > Open.
5. In the Open business rule group or form dialog, select a form to open and click OK.

6. Select File > Form Manipulation.

7. Select Panel > New. A new panel is displayed in the Design pane.

8. Optional: Rename the panel by changing the Label property (not the Name property) in the right pane.

Then you can add and configure controls to the form panel.

Tip: Rearrange form panels by dragging and dropping the tabs.
