Clearing a field or cell

Use this procedure to delete the information in a field:

  1. Select and open documents for editing.

  2. Using Verification, in the Documents pane, select the appropriate document.

  3. In the Form pane, place your cursor in the field or cell.

  4. Select Edit > Clear field or cell content.

    Or, to clear the controls in the current group box, select Edit > Clear field group content. Note: This does not delete the all the values in the field group. It only clears the values that are displayed in the current group of controls so that you can type new values into empty controls.

When you are done working in Verification, save the root document.
