Documents are processed in several process steps within a process. Each process step describes certain operations that are to be performed on the documents. Each operation is executed by a particular XBOUND module or activity.
Most activities are automatic once they are configured as process steps. A few require user interaction. For example, operators use the XBOUND Document Verifier to verify and correct the structure of documents. How they do that is determined by how the Verify Documents process step is configured.
