The ImageTrac dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer.

  2. Select Tools > Collectors > XBOUND Collector for IBML SoftTrac.

  3. Click +.

Use these settings to configure the Collector for IBML SoftTrac:

Provider

Select the database type.

Connection string

The connection string used to connect to the SoftTrac database.

Scan closed

The value that the status field of a batch entry must have in the batchtable table in order to be recognized by the collector as "ready".

In process

The status field gets this value during the import (busy).

Import closed

If the import was successful, the status field gets this value.

Error

If the import was not successful, the status field gets this value.

Area

The source is active only if the XBOUND Collect Service is configured for an area. (See Limiting the data that a collector processes for details.) If there is no area configured for the Collect Service, do not specify one here.

Timestamp format

Optional: Type a format string for formatting the timestamp. Examples:

yyyy-MM-dd results in a date with a format like this: 2015-12-31

dd MMMM yyyy results in 31 December 2015

MM/dd/yy results in 12/31/15

Commonly used format specifiers:

d

The day of the month, from 1 to 31.

dd

The day of the month, from 01 to 31.

M

The month, from 1 to 12.

MM

The month, from 01 to 12.

MMM

The name of the month, abbreviated.

MMMM

The name of the month.

y

The year from 0 to 99.

yy

The year, from 00 to 99

yyyy

The year, from 0000 to 9999

h

The hour, using a 12-hour clock, from 1 to 12.

hh

The hour, using a 12-hour clock, from 01 to 12.

H

The hour, using a 24-hour clock, from 0 to 23.

HH

The hour, using a 24-hour clock, from 00 to 23.

m

Minutes, from 0 to 59

mm

Minutes, from 00 to 59

s

Seconds, from 0 to 59

ss

Seconds, from 00 to 59

tt

AM or PM

Import barcodes

Select to import barcode values, if any.

Delete files

Select if you want to automatically delete the batch from SoftTrac and from the batch directories.

Time delay

After the specified time (set in days, hours, minutes, and/or seconds), the batch is deleted. (First you must select Delete files.)
