The Service Level Agreement Assistant dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer.

  2. Under Process Navigation, click the desired process.

  3. In the Process area, click Process Design:

  4. In the Process area, create or open an SLA Reporting process step.

  5. Click +.

Use these settings to configure a process step of the SLA Reporting activity type:

Receipt day settings

Any receipt day and time

The documents arrive on any day and at any time.

Conditional receipt day and time

The documents arrive on a specific day and at a specific time.

Finish date settings

Period after receipt

Documents must be completed within a certain number of days and hours (for example within 12 hours of receipt).

In the next step, the period after receipt is specified (days, hours, and minutes).

You can also select Extend the completion date if holidays or exceptions occur during the period. This means that if any holidays in the specified calendar(s) (if any) occur during the processing time, the end date is extended by those days. Without this option, the end date is only extended if the end date itself occurs on a holiday.

Fixed time after receipt

Documents must be completed by a recurring scheduled time (for example by 3 p.m. two days after receipt).

In the next step, the fixed time after receipt is specified (number of days and specific time).

You can also select Extend the completion date if holidays or exceptions occur during the period. This means that if any holidays in the specified calendar(s) (if any) occur during the processing time, the end date is extended by those days. Without this option, the end date is only extended if the end date itself occurs on a holiday.

Documents must be completed by a fixed day and time (for example by Wednesday at 3 p.m.).

In the next step, the fixed time after receipt is specified (specific day and time).

Settings specific to Conditional receipt day and time

Any days of the week

Documents arrive on any day of the week.

Monday to Friday

Documents must arrive between Monday and Friday; documents that arrive on Saturday and Sunday are excluded.

Selected weekdays

Documents arrive on selected weekdays (the selected weekdays are highlighted in orange).

For all three options, in the next step, you select whether the documents can arrive at any time or between a specified time.
