If you have document types that are to be reused in multiple processes, there is no need configure each document type repeatedly. You can copy them from one process to another—or within the same process—using the below procedures.
You can also create a template containing document types and then add document types from the template to multiple processes.
Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer.
Under , click the desired process.
In the area, click :

Click (
).
A new dialog is displayed. Select the document types to copy and click .
Optional: Click a different process under .
Click (
).
If you switched to a process that already contains a document type by that name, you are prompted to select how to resolve the conflict.
Warning: Consider the alternatives carefully. Changes to existing document types cannot be undone after saving.
If you did not switch processes, a copy of the document type is pasted and the new one has "1" in its name.
