Issues resolved in this fix pack
| ID | Issue | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| 433625 | SF 32055372 - CI_RESERVE_TRACKING_REQUEST is not managed properly due to redirection of the request from device home server to user home server. The unexpected response from G4 server causes endless loop in HP Unified Client. |
The home servers of the device and the logged-on user might be different. The requests are received by the device home server and redirected to user's home server in such cases. Those systems are impacted that have mixed fleet of devices and there are embedded or Device Server controlled printers besides HP Unified Client. The fix is related to the version number of the redirection channel between the two home servers. The highest supported version number is used from this release. |

If the authentication is not configured on the a device then the fields can be empty.Whenever the IPP authentication settings change on the device the device properties must be updated in SafeCom Administrator. SafeCom service performs the authentication when printing a job starts. The necessary credential is also passed to Print Client when it is needed that can also perform the authentication when it is required |
