Use the following procedure to install the Output Manager Web Console
application for use on a single machine. This procedure adds virtual and physical
directories for the Output Manager Web Console to a web server.
The OM Web Interface allows operator-level control over documents and destinations
within the enterprise. It also allows end-user access to the Document Library,
Reporting, and Web Upload features. Access to specific features and functions within
the OM Web Interface can be controlled on a granular basis for each user or
group.

Start the OutputManagerWebConsole_Setup.exe file located in the
…\Program Files\...\Output
Manager\Services\WebInstallers folder.

On the Welcome page, click Next.

On the License Agreement page, review the license
agreement and click I Agree, and then click
Next.

On the Configuration page, enter Output Manager database
server information for Output Manager, and then click
Next.

Address |
Enter the name or IP address for the database server. You
can enter localhost when the database
is on the same server as IIS. |

Enter the IP port for the database server. The default
port is 8070. |

On the Users Types page, select check boxes next to the
types of users to be permitted to use the Output Manager Console.

On the Select Installation Address page, specify the web
location for the application, and then click Next.

This will create directory name and a corresponding
physical directory within in the specified site. The default

for the Output Manager Console.

Next to start the installation, and when the
installation is complete, click Close.
