Purge DWS logs
To ensure that your organization complies with GDPR, purge user data from DWS logs. This user data should be cleared
every 14 days.
- In a Web browser, enter https://<DWSHostName>:8444 where DWSHostName is the hostname of the DWS server.

Enter the
Domain and a local DWS administrator
Name and
Password. Click
OK.
Access to the web page is limited to the user running the service or a valid member of the Administrators group for the machine running DWS.
- Click Logs.

Do one of the following:
- To delete logs for a component or unified client, click clear next to log you want to delete.
- To delete all logs, at the top of the page, click Clear all logs.
Once completed, the date is purged from the logs.
- If you are creating form fields in AutoStore and do not want to log this type of data, you can prefix the form fields
by entering one of the following characters to hide the data:
- @ for Restricted RRTs
- $ for Protected RRTs

- You can delete cached user information and transactions by uninstalling then re-installing the unified client.
