Managing rules, folders and inboxes

You can use the Watching pane to access your watch folders and rules.

Right-click a watch folder or email inbox to access the following options:

Edit watcher: choose this to start the wizard pre-filled with your settings
Clone watcher: click to clone the current watcher and immediately start the wizard to edit it
Test connection: select this to check connection to the folder
Deactivate/Activate: use this option to stop a running watcher / start a stopped watcher
Delete watcher: use this option to delete a watcher
Add rule: choose to start the wizard on the Schedule watching panel and create a new rule for the selected folder
Job Monitor: click to open the Job Monitor page within the Administration Console

Left-click a rule to display a preview for the rule (listing the major parameters), and access the following options:

Click Edit to modify the rule. This starts the New watch folder wizard, with the values pre-filled with data from your rule.
Click Clone if you want to create a duplicate of your rule. This is recommended when creating numerous rules with only minor differences.
Click Delete to remove a rule. The system asks you to confirm the deletion.

Right-clicking a rule displays the same options.

Right-click a Watch folder / Watch email inbox via POP3 / Watch email inbox via IMAP top level item in the Watching pane to access:

Add watcher: use this option to create a new watcher for the specific watch folder / email inbox.

Right-click the Watching pane to access the following options:

Add watch folder: use this option to create a new watch folder.
Add watch email inbox via POP3: use this option to create a new POP3 watch email inbox.
Add watch email inbox via IMAP: use this option to create a new IMAP watch email inbox.
Reload watchers: refresh the list.
