Use this tab to view and edit general attributes of a profile and to add new profiles.
The General tab has the following fields.
The name of the profile. This field is required.
An optional description for the profile.
If this option is selected, a Logon button appears on an associated MFP front panel so users can log on and be authenticated.
Select to associate the profile with all devices that have not been associated with a profile. Only one profile can be set as the default. If you make this profile the default, the default status is removed from the previous default profile.
