Switches a regular adjustment field for a candidate.

Page	Use 1 for front page and 2 for back page.
FieldIndex	The index of the adjustment field, first index is 1.
CandidateIndex	The index of the candidates, first index is 1.

Return value

The method returns 0 on success.

Used by the form definition optimizer, which is not included in FORMS 5-3.
